Elite Property Management is a personal service to ensure that all aspects of your Sun Valley property’s ongoing maintenance and management are done. We will take care of your home while you are away so that we can take care of you while you are here. Elite Property Management offers two gifts to all of our clients – free time and peace of mind.

Our limitless services can be tailored to your specific needs. While you are away, we will do routine checks of the home, make sure necessary repairs and maintenance are performed, handle deliveries, and do seasonal changes. When you or guests will be arriving, we will arrange for transportation from the airport, stock and prepare the house, have the temperature cozy, and the lights on. We are available to you 24/7 for emergency service. During your stay, we can make reservations for you, do shopping and delivery, and arrange housekeeping. Upon your departure, we will pick up cars from the airport, clean the home, and inspect for repairs that may need to be done. Other services we have available for you include: mail & newspaper retrieval; bookkeeping – gather rents, pay bills, prepare reports; keep automobiles maintained and cleaned; have fresh flowers and special “favorites” in the house; manage your vacation rental; Notary Public services; and immediate 24/7 alarm response.
